Your factory-inspected dryer system will be installed by our qualified service technicians. Afterwards, our technicians will commission your system and create a unique takeover protocol involving all essential system parameters. Our engineers and technicians are at your disposal for service assignments and maintenance work. Quick-responding, local assistance is available through our network of trained service partners in all major geographic regions. On-site training of your employees by our certified technicians is also available.

Machine Relocations
We offer assistance during the relocation of machinery through our technical support team. Together we can plan and execute the various stages of disassembly, transportation, preparation of the new location, and the recommissioning of the machinery.

Service Contract

The smallest of faults can be the cause of the greatest problems. For example; a defective ventilation flap, faulty tube, irregularly checked lamps, low cooling water levels, or a clogged air filters. This can result in disrupted or stopped production, reduced drying performance, and damaged machinery. This in turn results in time lost due to trouble-shooting, waiting and delivery time, the necessary repair work, and the potential problem of technician availability. This can all be simply avoided through regular servicing.

Training

In the Hoenle-Group we offer various seminars with a focus on "UV" and "IR, IR/HotAir" for users as well as for ink-, coating- and machine manufacturers.

The seminars are free of charge. Participants only bear travel cost and accomodation.
