Gilching (pta044/25.04.2023/23:20) - The Supervisory Board of Dr. Hönle AG delegates Dr. Franz Richter, who currently holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dr. Hönle AG, as the successor to the Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Norbert Haimerl, who is resigning from his office by mutual agreement with effect from the end of April 30, 2023.
Since Mr. Haimerl is no longer available for the long-term implementation of a new corporate strategy, the Supervisory Board has decided to restructure the Management Board of Dr. Hönle AG. The new strategy is aimed at sustained strong business development and the return to high profitability of the Hönle Group.
The Supervisory Board has initiated the search for a CEO. Until the appointment of a new CEO, Dr. Richter fulfils this task, but until April 30, 2024 at the latest. During this time, his position on the Supervisory Board will be suspended and Mr. Niklas Friedrichsen will take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dr. Hönle AG
